Great place to Relax with the entire family at this peaceful home. Enjoy the Large back yard and enclosed front yard.
Nice open floor plan so perfect for entertaining. Plenty of amenities. Relaxing family atmosphere! Plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Large covered patio with plenty of lighting. Relax by the Pool or play games such as tether ball, ping pong or corn hole!
Plenty of fun things to do. Pool can be heated with additional fee ($50 per day). Please request 72 hours prior to arrival. I Have tables and chairs if needed for small event ($50 fee) Also have large double water slide for rent ($100) and Small water slide/jumper for rent for small kids ($65)

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please throw diet towels in washer and put in tide pod and start the load.
Please remove all trash and empty trash cans into green trash bins on from North side of home.
Please make sure back door is locked, front door press tacklife button to lock and pull door towards you while locking. Please make sure it is locked before leaving. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Notify 3 days prior to arrival if you need pool heated, additional $50 per day fee to heat pool; 20,000 gallon pool, jumping castles for rent $65/$100
If you move patio furniture or take out tables and chairs for an event, please put back when done. Close propane when done using. No touching cameras
Do not block neighbors driveway. No loud noise or gatherings after 10pm. . Absolutely No smoking or vaping inside. $250 charge will apply
