Filthy pet rooms. Carpet needs shampooing desperately cuz our dog went crazy sniffing pee and poo spots all the time and she never does that. Visible pet soil spots. Ratty beds with open bottoms. Forget having a cat there. Restaurant bar redneck noisy yelling and was ignored for a long time. Thick dirty bathtub ring uncleaned. Bathtub did not drain either. Worst experience. Ancient Tv changer. No subtitles.

I went there to see my Dad before he passed. We didn’t get there in time and he passed before we checked in. I asked for a refund and told me to get in touch with Expedia since I pre-paid. I won’t do that again.

our room was outdated including bathroom. my room smelled of cigarettes'. you can her everything going on in the hallway and other rooms around you, walls are very thin. the only thing I can say good about this hotel is the staff was very nice. Also a plus was that the continental breakfast was a sit down restaurant attached to the hotel.

Facility needs to be updated. Carpet needs to be replaced. Smoke alarm was chirping 30 minutes after we unpacked. Instead of changing the battery, we were relocated to another room. Tub didnt drain. Toilet handle had to be held down for a full flush. Breakfast voucher covered a basic breakfast (2 eggs, meat, toast, beverage). Hashbrowns were extra. Last morning i was joined in the shower by a 1/2 inch cockroach. I've stayed in the hotel on 3 diferent occasions, but im not sure another stay is in my future.

There were plumbing pipes, in the walls, which would rattle at different times, usually for 20 seconds to 2 minutes. They woke us up in the middle of the night. I talked to an occupant across the room from us in room 146, who had the sane problem. I know some of the rattling was from toilets flushing. A plumber would call this water hammer.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to restaurants and freeway. The property however is very outdated and the owners really need to invest in remodeling and removing the old grungy carpets.

We have a dog so we stay in the pet friendly rooms but the carpets are so stained. It is time fir BW to remodel this hotel. Toilet doesn't flush half the time. Everyone is always friendly and I like the free breakfast that is offered.

Amazing service at check-in-Christian privided excellent customer service even though he was in training. Great job Christian! Property itself was a little tired and outdated since my last stay there but clean and everything worked as it should. Room was large and had a nice patio. Ate on site both dinner and included breakfast, both being served from a temporary food truck while kitchen was being remodeled-both meals excellent!

Can’t nest of errors.

Smoke alarm was chirping in our room when we arrived. Maintenance couldn’t find us to move us to another room because an electrical outage the day before had crossed their telephone lines. Comedy of errors. The hotel has been ridden hard and put away wet.

Quiet, Clean, great staff.

We enjoyed our stay. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool and the hot tub. The location is conveniently located right by the freeway, a gas station and a Walgreens. The staff was really nice and was always helpful.

Room did not get cleaned when I requested the day before. When I called at 12:30 to ask if my room can be cleaned I was told they need 24 hr. Notice. So at their convenience they brought clean towels but left the dirty ones. I expected better from you. Atleast take the trash and dirty towels.
