Cons: The hotel itself is dated. Evident, poorly-done repairs. Breakfast was only so-so. The hot water quit working in our shower on our second day there. I had to ask twice for someone to come take a look at it. Even after maintenance "fixed" it, the water was only lukewarm at best. Every step someone took in the room above us could be heard. Pro: The rooms were clean. The location right off of I10 was convenient.

Tv remote died. Had to go get new batteries. Room service ok but showed up with food with no utensils or napkins. Again..back to the front desk. Coffee machine in the room would not work. Other Comfort Inns much better.

staff was courteous, however, room was not cleaned throughout out stay despite 0ur asking for it to be cleaned.l Breakfast was mediocre. Room was small and furniture was uncomfortable wooden chairs. I will not stay at Comfort Inns in the future.
