This single-story home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a layout that gives you both privacy and flexibility. The large primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a big closet, a dresser, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's also a bonus space attached to the primary, great for a work-from-home setup or just a quiet corner to yourself. The two other bedrooms each have queen-size beds, dressers and closets, and one includes a mounted TV.

The home has multiple living areas: a cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, a separate family room at the front of the house, plus a dedicated dining area and a bonus room with a desk for extra workspace or hobbies, and opens up to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishes, and essentials, and there's also a breakfast nook that connects with the laundry, which includes a full-size washer and dryer.


The other bathroom features a tub/shower combo, clean and convenient. Lock all doors and exit through the front door and hold down the top button to lock it. Please set thermostat to away when you checkout.
If you have a green thumb and enjoy plants, feel free to helps us keep our indoor and outdoor plants alive by watering plants 1x week. Not required. Your stay is about your enjoyment and comfort!
All trash must go in large black bins in the wash/alley (picked up every Thursday morning). The BLUE bin under the carport is for RECYCLING ONLY (picked up every other Thursday, follow neighbors).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
