Very clean and quaint. Easy walk to downtown. A train runs about 2 blocks away but it was relatively quiet. The complex is about 8 units with a courtyard in the middle. No pool which would be nice. The parking can be tight. Overall, excellent place, very responsive management, but not the 4 seasons
