Every member of staff I met was warm, kind, and solicitous. Rooms were quiet and clean. The sofa bed had a mattress that was little more than a filthy sheet stretched over springs, noisy and uncomfortable. But if you don’t need the sofa bed, it’s great value.

Got to the hotel to check-in and was informed by hotel staff that they don't know why Orbitz confirmed the room or had it available because there was no availability.
