The host was good communicator and the apartment was clean. It had convenient parking and a nice living room to relax in after a day of hiking and exploring Tucson. The building numbers are hard to see in the dark, so it is easier to find during the day. The location is close to hiking trails, restaurants, and a grocery store.

The location is great. Near hiking, restaurants, grocery store and other activities. Armando was very responsive. The place had lots if beds. The condo had little light in it. Only the madter had drapes. All other rooms had old blinds. Light came in at nite. Needed to be freshened up. Shower controls broke first werkend. Host got them fixed but they need replacements. Furniture wad uncomfortable to sit on. If it was updated it would be good stay

Great value

Super location. Must have changed owners recently, as appliances old but some furnishings and kitchen supplies/utensils new. Not the most well stocked unit but at this price none of us has complaints. Bring your own shampoo and lotion. Very responsive host to help with larger missing items and other questions. Smart thermostat most difficult to adjust. Comfortable beds. One heated swimming pool across from unit. Swimming pools with hot tubs a short walk down parking lot (as well as across street). Nice hike just up Kolb Rd.
