Clean, quiet, and in a great neighborhood in Oro Valley Arizona just North of Tucson, you are in a prime location to enjoy everything Tucson has to offer from your desert hideaway just North of the city. Nearby shopping including Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and the Tucson Outlet Mall gives you places to go when not enjoying the beautiful outdoor lifestyle Tucson offers year round. The outdoor covered patio makes for a nice conversation area and the outdoor table in the backyard allows you and your guests to enjoy outdoor dining. Many public golf courses nearby. Minutes to Mountain Biking, Road Riding and hiking at the Catalina State Park. Professionally managed by Velo Vacation Rentals, our local staff is available 24/7 to make sure you stay in Tucson is memorable.



The Space:

The three bedrooms are all equipped with Queen size beds along with a Queen size air mattress allowing this home to comfortably accommodate up to 4 couples sharing a residence for their trip to Tucson.

Our software automatically discounts 10% for weekly stays and 20% for monthly stays and our posted prices is our best price, so please do not message us asking for a "special discounted rate."

The garage is locked and not included as part of this rental.

The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

If there are any issues during your stay, please contact the host and give them the opportunity to address any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.

The shower in the ensuite bathroom had no hot water--which wouldn't have helped much because the shower head itself was so clogged that there wasnt even close to enough pressure for a shower. The second shower had hot water, but there was so much scalee buildup that the water pressure coming out was low. When that shower was being used it mad a loud whistling noise that awakened everyone in the house The floors appeared to be clean, but within a few minutes of walking on them our feet were dirty. The neighborhood was nice and well-kept--except for this property, which was weed infested. The master bedroom had a huge window which only had a thin curtain, so it was hot and bright from early in the morning. The ice maker produced ice, but the dispenser didnt work; getting it out involved dipping it out with a glass--not a very sanitary procedure. The week before our stay when i found out checkin time i messaged the company to see if we could have an early checkin; i immediately received a response saying he would check that out and get back to me soon. That happened 3 times, and i never received an answer one way or the other; if i am charged for early checkin, i will dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is all unfortunate because overall, this was a great location and the unit was nice--but with these maintenance issues i would not consider renting from this company ever again. If i owned this property i would NOT be happy with the company managing it.

Fantastic & Fabulous

This property was everything I had hoped for. Steve was amazing to work with and extremely prompt with his responses. I would recommend renting his properties - everything is in great shape, clean, totally nice and quiet area with lots and lots amenities right at your fingertips. Fabulous property!

This is a well-maintained, spotlessly clean and well-stocked home, in a convenient location. We booked for a second year in a row and were NOT disappointed. The host is extremely responsive during the whole process, and we will hope to be able to stay here again any time we need a place in Oro Valley. Highly recommend!

A nice glenn

The home was comfortable and fairly well equipped with household items. We had a few major problems initially but the manager and owner were response to all the issues. The neighborhood was very safe and well maintained. The Oro Valley area is quite a distance from downtown Tucson but the area offers restaurants, groceries, movie theater, etc,
