I was most upset that room maintenance...providing clean towels/pick-up of soiled towels, providing toilet tissue and kleenex style tissues, and emptying the trash ... are only performed by the hotel staff every THIRD day of your stay at this property. Had I been aware of this pitiful service, I would NEVER have selected this property for my multi-day stay.

Functional, But Only at the Right Price This hotel "gets the job done," but it’s definitely showing its age. The units are dated and in need of a total refresh. During my stay, the front door required a struggle to open, the lighting was dim and mismatched, and the AC was inconsistent. Being an older building, noise is a major factor—I could hear quite a bit of activity from the neighboring rooms and constant footfalls from the floor above. The Highlights: The location is the real winner here. It’s right on the CDO Trail and conveniently close to a Quick Stop and plenty of affordable food options. Value Verdict: I wouldn’t pay more than $150 a night to stay here. If you can snag a deal, the proximity to the trail makes it bearable, but otherwise, the maintenance and noise issues are hard to overlook.

Clean, well run, Great Dane on site. Also a nice breakfast area my family was allowed to use for gathering during the day. The breakfast itself was above average for these franchises. Lots of options. Great refurbished and modernized older hotel!!

Not a single bad thing to stay. The hotel was immaculate. Clean from the lobby to the rooms, pristine from front door to toilet bowl! Seriously. And the staff was incredible. From Rae and Melissa (and everyone else!) at the front desk, to Miguel every morning, they were welcoming and helpful. Recommending what to do in the area to just make our continental breakfast a little brighter. I’ll never book anywhere else in Oro Valley/Tucson.

Safe location for Tucson. Felt good about leaving vehicle parked, walking to restaurant and etc. With the craziness of protesters, safety has become a major issue when deciding where to go. This location felt safe.
