Functional, But Only at the Right Price
This hotel "gets the job done," but it’s definitely showing its age. The units are dated and in need of a total refresh. During my stay, the front door required a struggle to open, the lighting was dim and mismatched, and the AC was inconsistent.
Being an older building, noise is a major factor—I could hear quite a bit of activity from the neighboring rooms and constant footfalls from the floor above.
The Highlights:
The location is the real winner here. It’s right on the CDO Trail and conveniently close to a Quick Stop and plenty of affordable food options.
Value Verdict:
I wouldn’t pay more than $150 a night to stay here. If you can snag a deal, the proximity to the trail makes it bearable, but otherwise, the maintenance and noise issues are hard to overlook.
