I loved the free breakfast. The cinnamon roll tasted homemade. It was easy to walk to the Tucson Mall and restaurants in the area.

While the room was ready, there was stains on the carpet, which is OK I can live with that. The bathroom was not clean at all. There were hair in the tub at the edges. They were hair in the corners of the bathroom and the floor by the toilet was filthy. I immediately went to the front desk and informed them it was after 5 PM so they said they will take care of it. The next day I left early came back around three nothing happened while the front desk person was polite. He was not helpful at all and acted as if he was doing me a favor by having the room cleaned. Make a long story short I checked out after not having the bathroom cleaned with their reputation of Holiday Inn express Tucson special it is anything, but it’s not recommended at all, and then on top of that they refuse to refund any money for the time that I’m not going to stay there which is five days
