Bad Stay

Stayed in room with No Hot Water for 2days they never offered to move me totally unexceptionable.Never offered any type of compensation and rooms are very expensive.Was a very Bad experience.

Upon arriving the first thing I’m told is that the suite I reserved is occupied and that I should just downgrade without and that there is no difference to be paid back to me. I refused to give profit at my expense.(didn’t want to be scammed) The receptionist started acting rude only because I wanted a fair rate for the downgrade. I noticed other people after me had the same problem but most of them seemed to accept it only because it was late. I rebooked it for the right price and correct room but was still treated with disrespect . I understand it can be difficult to deal with this late night from both parties but I have never experienced such unprofessional service from any hotel ever.

Stayed just one night. Close to the airport, that’s convenient. No hot water in the morning. I wanted to talk to the lady at the counter about it but she was on the phone with another disappointed customer and got really aggravated. So, I didn’t even want to talk to her about it anymore and just left. The phone in the room didn’t work and when I moved the nightstand to check if it was plugged in, I found an old half empty water bottle from a previous customer. So, obviously not the best cleaning person either. Overall ok, just a bad day to be there I guess.

The property is very clean and the front desk staff were very helpful. We were there for a short night's stay, so didn't utilize the amenities, but the shuttle service to the airport was very efficient and helpful.

Room had issues with non working devices and toilet, no resolve from staff, no management, horrible service, no answer to the phone calls, either in room or direct. Horrible place would stay any else.

This hotel was not very nice, and I generally thought the property was poorly maintained. The ceiling tiles in the bathrooms were moldy, the doors were falling apart, and the appearance was generally unclean. The service was awful, I called to request towels twice, and after 5 hours I went to the front desk to ask for them in person. They were never delivered so we had to reuse old towels. The breakfast was OK, but there were long lines, and they were out of many items. The hotel was cheap, but it wasn’t worth the savings for how poor the hotel was maintained and how poor the service was. I would never stay at this hotel again.

When we got her to check in it’s took 40 minutes in line, then they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation, took her an hour and 20 minutes, the first room they gave us had no sheets in the bed and still had pee in the toilet. I had to then return to the front desk and it took her 30 minutes to find us a new room. Went for the free breakfast that looked promising on the website, it was very disappointing. 10-12 pieces of small cut potatoes, scrambled eggs with the bottom filled with what looked like water, the eggs with ham were completely gone. 2 yogurts, and no one around to ask if they were bringing more out. It’s advertised 6-9am I was there at 7.
