There is no smoking, vaping or marijuana smoking of any kind allowed on the property or inside the house. If you smoke you MUST go off the property at least twenty feet away from the house to smoke. Upon departure if the unit smells of smoke a $250 fee will be assessed for the removal of the smoke residue using a professional ozone machine.

We were not given the unit number in our check in instructions nor the covered parking space assigned for the unit. Had to get help from the on-site manager to figure out the unit number. The couch needs replacing because the wood frame can be felt in the arms. One of the toilet flush handles broke during our stay and was never fixed before we left. In addition one of the blinds in the 2nd bedroom had a handle that was broke.

Great Stay, beautiful area

Property was perfect for my 3 generations (grandma, mom & 2 little kids). 2 pools were available and gorgeous location. The unit was super quiet and a good size. Check your check-in info before arriving. I just saw that I had an email and expected to have a code, but the email took me to Vrbo, then when I checked the Vrbo email it said “owner has not sent any info”. Also Apple Maps had it on the other side of the complex and one of the residents thought there wasn’t a “building 5”. Eventually I just called and texted the number on the hotels.com confirmation and even though it was after office hours, someone got back to me within 10 minutes. Still it was stressful with 2 screaming littles up past their bedtime. The manager also never got back to my emails when I had other questions, but they weren’t that important. There are wild javelina pigs that sometimes roam at night in the complex. And if you have Netflix/Prime/Hulu you will be prompted to use your account on the TV’s Roku.

Great space and location

This apartment is in a spectacular location - quiet, private with dedicated parking close to the 1st floor unit and right up the hill is a fantastic spot to watch the sunsets. The layout is excellent - very comfortable. Thanks to the host for responding to questions throughout our stay. A great first visit to Tuscon!

Beautiful location

The property is right in the Catalina Foothills. There is a private gate for resident’s to enter the trail right behind the property. The trail is beautiful. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed our stay.

Very nice!

Great place right off the Ventana Canyon trail! The key to the pool opens the complex’s back gate directly to the trail, which is awesome. I had some check-in questions upon arrival, but Leslie answered them very quickly. The cookware is very basic, but the extra touches more than made up for it (laundry detergent, extra paper towels, some pantry staples, etc.). The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and beds were comfy for us and our young kids. I’d definitely stay here again.
