I’m very upset when my room is without a good TV working. Again in Motel 6 tv is out of service. Can you do something? I dont know if this happen only in the room the office give me. What can I do? Can I ask for another room when this happened? My time to arrive to the hotel or motel is around midnight and I like to Watch some News before to sleep. Perhaps is not permited in this moteles Watch TV at this time. . Well why not communicate that when I do the reservation? I’m really upset. I would like to go to another place right now only that is late. Where can I call to do this claime?

Formal Complaint – Motel 6 Tucson (1010 S Freeway) To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my stay at Motel 6, located at 1010 S Freeway, Tucson, AZ 85714, from July 12 through July 21, 2025, in Room 106. Despite notifying staff that I would be paying late on July 21, I was treated aggressively. The manager banged on my door while I was in the restroom, threatened police action, and forced me out into the rain—even after I had paid $57.45 via Apple Pay. She promised a refund but later refused. I have still not been reimbursed. The room was also unsanitary, with visible mold, roaches, spiders, and other insects. Staff throughout my stay were rude, untrained, and uninterested in helping guests. Most sat at the front desk on their phones, unable to provide accurate information.
