This was our first stay, and we were greeted by a warm and friendly Rep behind the counter. She could not have made us feel more welcome. The area is quiet and feels safe, and the rooms are clean . This is a rarity in Tucson. Honestly my only complaint would be the tissues and toilet paper are like sandpaper, and it would be nice if they supplied some basic dishes/utensils for the lovely kitchenette. They will, however, give you plastic utensils if you ask at the desk.

We had a pet room. My dog spent all evening sniffing and wanted to mark. This has never happened before in many, many hotel stays. The throws on the bed looked grungy. No utensils provided for the kitchenette but you could buy some in the lobby! No breakfast. Staff was indifferent
