The linens/comforters of beds were not very clean, could see a few visible stains. Gratefully, I had brought an extra towel from home to lay on & rubbing alcohol to spray. Also, everytime passing the front desk; there was no one present; had to pick up front desk lobby phone then hear a scream "be right there".

The bed was horrible. It was sunken really bad in the middle. Other than the bed, the place and the staff were great. While there i observed 2 other customers complain about there bed as well. Maybe its time for new mattresses.

New hotel only a few years old , everything is simple and nice. Kitchen was nice but didnt have anything to use. No dishes or pan or utensils. So bring your own if you plan to use the kitchen. It had comfy beds. Great area close to stores,food and gas. Right off the freeway. I will stay again.

Parking was the easiest part. Unfortunately, there were a lot of loud groups of people staying on our floor. They were very loud late into the evening. Also the window shade mechanism in our room was broken. We spent some time trying to fix it or at least lower the shade but we were unsuccessful. At dawn the next morning the sunlight came glaring into our room and woke up my fiance and I. We came down from Phoenix for the night and tried to make this trip like a mini vacation. Yet with these issues occurring during our stay we couldn't fully enjoy it. My fiance went down to the front desk and complained but the girl working said she did not have the authority to refund the cost of the room or offer us anything for our inconvenience. The room was very clean and spacious. For the price we paid I think this was a very good deal overall and had it not been for the problems we experienced I would rate this My Place Hotel and our stay very highly.
