The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed and full sized dresser, perfect to unpack and get comfy during your stay. The newer, fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and a convenient breakfast bar. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV, allowing you to easily log into your own streaming services. For local news and live TV, YouTube TV is provided. Step outside to your private patio, complete with comfortable seating, shade, and small dining area.

The Neighborhood:

Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. A 20 minute drive south on I 19 will take you to Tubac with fabulous art, history, culture and shopping



Getting Around:

The property is within walking distance to restaurants and shops but will want a car to drive further into town and grocery stores.



Other Things to Note:

Please not the washer and dryer are NOT in unit, they are coin operated in the neighborhood community laundry room. Must be 55+ to stay at the property.
