The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Please start a load of white "or" colored towels. -Dispose of any trash from the backyard and all pet waste from the side of the house.
-Ensure both gates are closed and outdoor trash can lids are securely closed with bungee cords. -Ensure pool vacuum has been reconnected if it has been removed for swimming.
-If barbecue was used, please turn off propane tank and leave cover off for cleaning. -Ensure spa is turned off and all umbrellas are down.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please note that this is our family home, not just a short-term rental property. Everything in the home is ours; please treat our things as your own!
We are glad to host peaceful gatherings of close friends / family. Parties and reckless behavior are prohibited.
Smoking of ANY substance, legal or otherwise, is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property. Evidence will result in a $1000 remediation fee.

The property is amazingTeresa was very responsive to all communications. The hot tub and pool instructions were clear and easy to follow and we spent a whole day enjoying the yard! Our little 5 lb dog had tons of room to run and the gravel area was perfect for taking her to potty. We will be ba k!!

A charming house in the perfect location for making memories.

The house was so lovely. Inside and out. So many different places to gather and so many spots to get photos if that’s your thing. The pool and hot tub got so much use, the kids swam well into the night even in late November. My mother commented that the bed was the most comfortable bed of her life. Host responded in a timely fashion and checking in was very easy. Highly highly recommended booking this property. Would stay again!
