Grumpy front desk person when I was finally get someone to come to the desk. No wash cloths, no body soap in the shower, water barely dribbled from the sink faucet, no hand rails for getting in/out of the shower which was very concerning as a 75yo and no toilet paper dispenser, it just had two rolls on the back of the commode. Very comfortable bed and pillows however.

No greeting from the front desk. They look very busy, either on the phone or counting their money-coins. The room door has huge problem to open. Even the stuff could not open easily. And they could not switch the room for us. We have to limit to go to outside in case we could not open the door. The room only provides two small towers. In addition, in second day, the key does not work because they only coded for one day use. But we paid for 2days stays. We have to ask the front desk to reload/code the key again. The front desk stuff does not have any apology for their causing customers inconvenience. Any way, I do not want to stay any Red Roof Inn, due to the poor room amenities, and worst customer service.

The room was very clean and up to date. The only thing was the tv did not work during the stay. The staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze.

Yes, room was good, staff helpful. Shower water was lukewarm, would have liked hot showers. Too much freeway and train noise, didn’t sleep well. Liked being able to park right in front of our room. Nice to have a dog friendly motel that doesn’t charge an extra fee.

Room was clean and well kept. The parking lot could use some repairs and I could not find the ice machine. Others at the Inn were loud at time and my key needed recharged every day since it would not open the door. Otherwise, it is a good place for the money.
