2nd Bedroom/Den is perfect for a guest or for those with a child. When not being used for sleeping the desk and high speed internet make it the perfect place to conduct daily business or work remotely.

Be rest assured that this condo is cleaned before each guest arrives according to CDC guidelines utilizing a 2 part cleaning process and paying careful attention to high touch areas such as but not limited to, light switches, all flat surfaces, door knobs, faucets and toilet handles. All linens laundered before guests arrive on a "deep clean and sanitize" laundry cycle. Spare clean linens are stored in Plastic. I am recommending that renters remove their shoes when in the condo as to not bring dirt into condo and leaving a supply of cleaning and disinfecting products for use while staying in the unit.

Check in to condo is contactless with a keypad providing you with peace of mind when you check in. The unit has an outside entrance up a short flight of stairs.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Very nice and quiet condo at the base of the foothills. I had a great time visiting my daughter at the U of A. We did some hiking that was close by and ate some great food. This place was perfect and would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!!

Great condo in Tucson

This condo was perfect for my husband & I visiting family nearby. The host has thought of everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable and close to many restaurants. The bed was a little soft for our tastes, and a fan on the balcony could make it more useable (it was so hot outside), but otherwise a great stay.

Great Location

We enjoyed this property so much this was a return stay. The location is convenient near restaurants, grocery store, and recreation like golfing, hiking, National parks, etc. The condo is very clean and comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need. The deck facing the 15th tee is peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing there in the shade of several trees and watching the quail, birds and bunnies.

The condo is so cozy, well decorated and supplied with everything necessary for a short or long stay. The owner is thoughtful and responds right away to any questions. The location is great with a beautiful setting right next to the mountains and walking trails for the dog, and a Basha's shopping center just minutes away. This is a true home away from home.

This condo was the perfect size for my husband and myself. The condo had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, and pool towels. It was even better than expected!

Owner was prompt in responding to reservation inquiry and clear in directions for booking and check in. Tastefully appointed condo with covered parking in front of condo. Beautiful locale

The condo was just perfect for our 4 day stay to see our daughter attending University of Arizona. It was pretty far from campus but she preferred that to get away for a couple days. The place was spotless and well appointed. Patricia was easy to get ahold of throughout...not that we needed anything. Will probably be back. Grocery store, drug store and various very good restaurants nearby. Being right across the street from Ventana Canyon resort, the Catalina mountains are right there and provide a wonderful setting in the lush desert of the area.

Peaceful and very nicely outfitted

This is the quietest condo I have ever rented anywhere! There is no street noise and very little noise from other units. I love that there are some shareable items left to be used — I’m talking salt/pepper, other herbs/spices, olive oil — that type of thing. This owner does not “nickel/dime” her guests; there is some laundry detergent, there are baggies, trash bags, etc. — all those things that make it easy to get by without a constant trip to the grocery. Much appreciated. I found it a little dusty (well, it is Arizona!) plus the dishes felt filmy, probably from the type of detergent used previously. We rewashed dishes and all was great after that. There are hikes at Ventana Canyon, easy to get to. We also checked out the National Park. It is easy to walk to the grocery store, Basha’s, plus several very good restaurants such as El Charro and Gavi Italian. We enjoyed this place a lot. The owner really has done a good job making it extra pleasant for her guests.

Great Winter Getaway

This condo is in a great location in northeast Tucson convenient to a grocery store, gas station, CVS pharmacy, post office and a variety of restaurants all within a mile. The condo was just as described and pictured on VRBO and owner Patricia was responsive to all communications, very welcoming, and available if needed. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated, quiet and restful with mountain views from the kitchen windows and on the opposite side a balcony that faced the 15th tee of the Ventana golf course and was surrounded by trees, shrubs, and grass which was like an oasis. The balcony was our favorite spot and kept cool from the greenery until mid-afternoon and a wonderful place to eat dinner, have cocktails or just enjoy the warm evenings. We particularly enjoyed watching the rabbits play and listing to and watching a myriad of birds including a quail family with young chicks and a roadrunner. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessities for cooking your meals including some pantry items. Laundry located in the condo made it very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with plush towels and various amenities. The condo was just the right size for us and had easy access to explore various Tucson sights. Saguaro National Park (East), Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemon and several golf courses are within a short drive. We definitely enjoyed our winter getaway in this condo at The Greens and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A perfect, peaceful Oasis

Perfect condo!!! Bright, spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. Well stocked kitchen and super comfortable bed also contributed to the positive experience. Loved the location, close to the mountains yet easy access to shopping and to the valley. Also Loved the Mountain View from the kitchen and the peaceful large balcony overlooking the trees and the greens. Being close to the pool and grill was a plus. Patricia was very gracious and did her best to make our visit a wonderful experience. We’d love to return!!!

Great location for access to hiking and vacation!

We had such a wonderful stay. What a lovely condo! My husband was able to easily work from here and I hiked at nearby Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, East Saguaro National Park and the Pima County trail. We enjoyed walks together in Sabino Canyon in the evenings. It was a bit cool for the balcony but it would have been lovely if it had been a bit warmer. We were so grateful to have easy access to a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Thanks - we would love to stay again if there is an opportunity!
