This clean and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse features a zero gravity massage chair and a community pool, hot tub, and gym! (Pool and hot tub are closed for the winter months) This home sleeps 6. Primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath and a smart TV. Second bedroom has one standard twin bed and a pullout twin trundle bed with hall bathroom access. Living room couch features a memory foam pull out queen bed with linens provided in the credenza. Private fenced backyard has a small covered patio with 2 chairs and a gas BBQ grill. Two covered parking spaces are located next to the entrance of the property. We are just around the corner from a grocery store, a movie theater, several restaurants, and many other stores. Multiple golf courses nearby! This clean and relaxing space is sure to impress!

The accommodations were perfect, however, we had anticipated spending time at the poolAnd were t informed in advance that it has been closed for a number of months. The pool was one of the reasons we chose this property over others. It would have been helpful if that information was either removed until the pool is working again, or a special note added. Stayed at this property late Feb/early March of 2026. Communication with the host was great, property clean, beds/bedrooms were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed for what we needed. I would say the only miscommunication was really on my part - realized the pool was closed by the listing by assumed the hot tub would be functioning. I should have asked that question specifically. A few suggestions for restaurants, places of interest and shopping would have been nice but everyone has internet now so we did great in keeping busy. Was vacationing with a friend so it worked out well. Would recommend if just needing a place to stay especially if visiting friends in the area.
