SHARED BACKYARD: The lovely backyard space, with an above-ground hot tub, fire pit, grill, and plenty of outdoor seating, is SHARED with guests who`ve booked the three-bedroom, two-bath home in front of the Casita.

This updated property is located in the coveted Sam Hughes neighborhood. It is less than a 5-minute walk to Himmel Park.

Guests have access to the entire 1-bed, 1-bath Casita and the fenced backyard that is SHARED with guests staying in the 3-bed, 2-bath house in front of the Casita.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
- No smoking or vaping in or around the property. A $500 fee for policy violations.

- No large gatherings or parties. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.

- No unapproved pets

HOT TUB RULES:
* No unsupervised children in the hot tub
* No glass in the hot tub area (Any broken glass would require a full hot tub drain. Guest would incur a $500 fine for any broken glass found in the hot tub.)
* Advised NOT to stay in hot tub longer than 15 minutes (and do not drink alcohol and sit in hot tub)

This guesthouse offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
