This property is the back home (Casita) on a two-home property that includes the front house, then the back Casita (which you would be renting). The homes are separate and private, each fully fenced and independent; there are no shared spaces except for the driveway.

We are always happy to answer guest questions and help with any needs. Feel free to contact us via the message thread in the app, and we`ll do all we can to help!

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

We really liked our stay. This place is behind the main house, but it wasn't an issue. We had plenty of space for the two of us and our bicycles. There is a lot to do in the area. We rode our bikes to St Phillips, the Hop Shop, and the Guadalajara restaurant, which is right across the street. We would stay here again.

"Wow! Big!" was my exclamation upon entering for the first time. The house features a "great room" -- combining kitchen, dining and living rooms -- that provides all the space you'd ever need (except possibly for an ice rink). Too bad the bathroom is so tiny. Plenty functional, however.I want especially to thank the hosts for being so accommodating in straightening out some booking dates I'd goofed up. Thanks!

The unit was very comfortable and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils and it was fantastic to have laundry in the unit. Todd was very responsive and helped out with some very small maintenance issues while I was there.
