Common areas were dirty. The hotel is dated. Our room (3rd floor north wing) was VERY noisy. You hear EVERYTHING in the hallway. Our AC/heat unit would make a door slamming noise when it would turn on.

Only two towels & one washcloth. I tried to use the phone, but it was dead, wires pulled out of the wall fixture. Couldn’t open the curtains- no “sheers” for privacy. Closest elevator to go to the front desk was out of order. The night manager was very rude when we asked to move to another room. No, they weren’t sold out. We were on the club floor, coffee machine not working. Stayed here before and never again

Beautiful room during off season. The staff was great but stretched thin. Elevators out of order and renovations at pool area. The snack/convenience shop was not stocked nor staffed. Breakfast was good but again staff seemed overwhelmed.

The girl with glasses and black hair would not give me wifi. I’ve never heard of such a thing! They made us feel really bad because we booked through a third party. I’ve never heard of this either! I’m sure they want all the money but the third party led us there. They would have lost the sale completely if it was not for third party. I think they gave the worse room way around back also because they heard third party people back there. Rude

Econo lodge would be better

I’m going to start by saying this is my second stay at this hotel. Only because I have to stay here due to work If it wasn’t for that, I would choose another hotel. First stay got bit by some sort of bug When I told the front desk, they asked if it was in my luggage and avoided me when I said probably not. The coffee shop is rarely opened and if it is, good luck finding help. Doordashed coffee is a thing!!! Promise! The housekeeping, will give u two bath towels a hand towel and probably nothing else. Oh and don’t even think u will get clean glasses or an extra coffee up for the keurig, because remember no coffee service. U could use the glow restaurant thing, again if u don’t care about service or hot food. I would have thought it was me being picky, maybe more than 2 towels for bath and hand r overkill and I’m expecting too much. But a coworker had complaints as well so doesn’t seem to be just me. If u do stay here, just DoorDash coffee, and bring towels, bring cups and bug repellent. Good luck!!! Oh and don’t expect any type of guest relations. They frown upon that!!! Guests not really wanted or welcome

At times, there was a very toxic mold smell (not sewer) coming out of the drain I suppose in the shower. Or the walls are moldy I'm not sure which. I didn't smell it all the time, but it was a very toxic mold smell in the water closet area of the bathroom where the shower is. Really creepy and probably dangerous it needs to be looked at.

Property is super old and barely renovated. We had rented a suite, the dark dirty carpet was dreary. With 30F temperature heater was not working. They sent tech to check multiple times but the temperature in the rooms didn’t cross 60F. will never return.
