There was a giant bug on the floor of my room. The carpet in the hallway looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a month. The bed was comfortable but i was so scared of bedbugs. I slept on the comforter in my clothes. There were open drains everywhere. And some of them were gross. I have stayed in this chain before so my expectations were low but this place even dipped lower than i could imagine.

Great for the price! Huge room…I still had to forage the property to furnish our room. I had to go down by the pool to get an end table for our bed since it was missing and ask the front desk and and a maid as well to bring us one chair for our room. We had two beds With a separate bedroom and a table

I stayed in the suite and it didn't meet my expectations. I would definitely recommend that they replace their pillows as they looked dirty and had stains on them. They should also replace the towels as they looked worn out. I did find a half eaten granola bar in the room as well

So the trivago ad stated there would be a fridge and microwave well there ws no fridge and the microwave was extremely old, like yellow old, it worked but only used it a few times. We stayed 4 nights there and so disappointed that there was also no room service for cleaning the room or replacing towels, so we had to get our own tissue paper & brought towels, other than that it was just okay.

Great staff, very helpful and always greets you with a smile. The rooms are large, nice sized walk-in shower, large TV, 40 mbps wifi. Great dog friendly areas with bags and designated poop area. Happy with this choice.
