I was told the pawn check in that the breakfast would include eggs and sausage, but of course it was just cereal so many pastries. No eggs, no sausage. There are four of us and there were only two towels in the room so I asked for more and they told me that they would have to ask because people steal them. I told them I wasn’t going to steal the towels if they could please give me the appropriate amount that we needed them. my room key didn’t work for the pool so I had to keep going back-and-forth to the front for help. They have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. You have to see the attendant in the office if you want a little bit of ice. Just athey have an ice machine that you’re not allowed to use. They refused to let me make another reservation because they said the people next to me and behind me complained abouy my service dog barking. But yet she never barked the whole time. Plus the parking lot was completely empty so not sure if they were really being honest. Very unprofessional and unnecessary for sure. Plus cigarettes burn holes in the bedding was not cute.

Front desk staff had no idea what to do. had to get the room twice. ended up paying double. bed had burn marks, homeless encampments within a hundred feet of the front door. zero security. terrible layout around building. access to nothing nearby. but on the good side there was a constant police presence
