This stunning 3-bedroom Santa Fe-style ranch home blends timeless Southwestern charm with modern comfort. This home comfortably accommodates couples and families, or even small groups with beds for up to 6 adults and 4-6 children. Set on a spacious quarter-acre lot, you’re walking distance from Broadway Village shops and restaurants, and just a short, 5-minute drive from the University and Downtown Tucson — the perfect home base for game-day weekends, family getaways, or a peaceful retreat under the desert sky.

The Tucson area features over 130 miles of scenic bike paths and incredible hiking destinations, including the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Mt. Lemmon, Sabino Canyon, and both Saguaro National Parks (East and West). Beyond the city, you’ll find incredible experiences like the dramatic rock formations of the Chiricahua National Monument; the underground wonders of Colossal Cave and Kartchner Cavers; and transport yourself to the 1800s’ Wild West at Old Tucson and Tombstone’s legendary O.K. After a day of exploring, come home to unwind by the pool, fire up the BBQ, and take in one of Tucson’s legendary sunsets.

Inside, vibrant native artwork brings the spirt of the Southwest to life. And for food lovers, you're in the heart of Tucson’s world-famous “Best 23 Miles of Mexican Food” trail. Tucson was also the first city in the US recognized as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy!

A long driveway with shaded parking offers ample space for multiple vehicles, and there’s extensive free street parking in front of the house – perfect for an RV. Rustic pavers and classic desert décor welcome you to your Southwestern Oasis.


Kick Back & Relax

Unwind beneath soaring wood-beamed ceilings in the spacious, open-concept living and family rooms. Stretch out on the living room’s built-in sofa in front of a large screen TV with hundreds of Samsung TV+ channels and a Roku to stream your favorite shows. Watch breathtaking sunsets over the private backyard while listening to your favorite records on the Boze Soundsystem.

The cozy family room features a plus loveseat and reading chair across from a decorative fireplace – perfect for curling up with a good book or channeling your inner musician at the electric piano.


Dining Room (seats 6)

The dining room centers around a beautiful mahogany table, accented by illuminated cherrywood cabinets filled with curated art from around the world—an inspiring space for memorable meals and conversation. An adjustable highchair is also available which can be used for infants to adults.

Whether you're whipping up breakfast or entertaining guests, the kitchen has everything you need:
• Stainless steel gas range & oven, with full cookware set
• French door refrigerator with spacious pull-out bottom freezer
• Microwave & toaster oven
• Coffee maker, hot water kettle, and blenders
• Dishwasher & deep basin sink with gooseneck faucet
• Formal and everyday dishware, including a variety of kid-friendly items
• Granite countertops & ample cherry cabinetry for prep and storage


Master Suite – Your Private Escape (sleeps 2)

Retreat to the spacious master bedroom suite featuring:
• Luxurious Tempur-Pedic king-size bed with soft linens
• Large-screen TV with hundreds of Samsung TV+ channels and a Roku for streaming
• Soft carpet, ambient lighting, & a cozy reading chair
• Desk — perfect for remote work

The en-suite master bath features a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, walk-in steam shower, a private dressing area, a walk-in closet (large enough for a sleeping infant in their crib) — plus two additional closets for extra storage.


Guestroom – Kid-Friendly & Cozy (sleeps 2-4)

Perfect for both kids and adults, the guestroom has a Twin XL over Queen Bunkbed with a Twin trundle pull-out that can sleep 2-4 adults (the top bunk and trundle bed have are intended for kids but can be used by adults weighing less than 175 lbs), plus a collapsible mini crib and a pack-n-play for up to 2 infants/toddlers.

The guest room features:
• Flat screen TV with hundreds of Samsung TV+ channels and a Roku stick for streaming
• Game table with a variety of puzzles and games (additional selection in the hall closet)

Additional kid accommodations stored in the guest closet include:
• Folding wooden mini-crib
• Pack N-Play with detachable basinet & changing table
• Infant bathtub, rinser, & hooded towel
• Adjustable high chair (infant to adult)
• Variety of toys


Den – Library, Office & Extra Sleep Space (sleeps 1-2)

The den is a peaceful reader’s retreat, with a floor to ceiling built-in bookcase fully stocked with books for all ages, cozy couch, and Boze CD-player for the audiobook collection.

This room also serves as remote office with:
• Desk
• Flat-screen monitor with an optional webcam
• Laptop stand with universal docking station (laptop not included)
• Rechargeable keyboard & mouse

This room also functions as a third bedroom with a Queen-size pull-out sofa bed with linens. The closet in the den also has a stepstool to help you safely reach books on high shelves and tray tables to use throughout the house.


Guest Bathroom

Conveniently located between the den and guestroom, this calming bathroom features a full tub/shower combo with soft sea-green tones and paisley accents. Towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries are provided.


Spacious Backyard

Unwind under the stars in the expansive, private backyard. Lounge poolside or relax in the spa-style hot tub, both of which can be heated with for an additional $50–$200/day ($50 hot-tub only, $150 pool only, $200 for both) and 3 days’ notice . A kid-friendly shallow area in the pool ensures fun for all ages - Note Adult Supervision is Required at ALL TIMES.

The backyard features:
• Gas BBQ grill
• Outdoor dining table for 6
• Pool floats (in the storage shed on the back porch)
• Side yards for your furry friend—please clean up after them!
• Optional side gate access to safely store mountain bikes under the covered patio
