Sweeping views of the Catalinas over the top of your inviting private Pool, Spa, and Putting Green. Entertain on two large patios (one covered with grill and one open area) or from kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Warm up in the living room by the beautiful beehive fireplace, or outside by the fire pit. No Pets Allowed. Require both refundable security deposit and Damage Protection Policy.

We require both a $200 refundable security deposit and the $59 Damage Protection Policy. Please do not relocate or rearrange furniture.
We have a $50 unreturned/lost key charge. We have a $50 charge for not cleaning up the grill after use.
Guests are responsible for easily disposing of garbage at end of stay (instructions at property). There is a $75 failure to dispose fee.
