This was an excellent value for the money. It was close to downtown and the university. aThis was an excellent value for the money. It was close to downtown and the university. There’s a nice shower head and the rooms are clean and spacious. Neighborhood wasn’t great but there was a park across the street.

Staff was very courteous, it was clean and very quiet. It's only rated at a 2star, but I would give it at least a 3. The only downfall was no hairdryer. A plus is a great restaurant right across the street that has very good, huge burgers and sandwiches. We will be staying again on our route back through Tucson.

The person checking me in was very pleasant, and you could tell they were trying hard to keep the hotel in good condition, but it was just very LOUD. The nearby road noise was terrible. Also the AC/heat unit was broken and appeared to not have any batteries in it.

The room I was in was carpeted (opposite from in the photo), but it made no difference in my experience. The room was very clean, plenty of plugs, comfortable beds, and both a mini fridge and a microwave. It's clearly undergone a glow-up from something closer to a Motel 6 and includes some very nice mural art on the wall dividing the bathroom from the rest of the room. The front desk staff was great and I paid very reasonable prices. The only possible drawback would be if I had no car, but overall I'd stay there again in an instant.
