Kitchen was very well stocked, two bedrooms shared a bath, the other two each had their own (and both had walk-in showers). Nice quiet neighborhood, such a comfortable house with plenty of room to spread out.

Great home!

The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and everything to cook with. They had lots of towels, but bring your own shampoo because they only provide a tiny tiny bottle. Some of the homes have had games, but this home did not. The pool was nice in the yard was lovely and the patio furniture was comfy. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house We had a little issue on check-in because they told us the house was available, but they hadn’t sent us how to get into the house. I reached out and they got me the information. I spoke to the property manager who said he had been by to check on the property, it would’ve been nice if he had turned down the air conditioning so when we came in the house would be cooler. It was set for 78 hours to get it down to 72 so it was hot to sleep the first night.

wonderful home

We travel alot and only stay at VRBO's. This home was exactly how they describe. We especially enjoyed the lay out of the home. Master at one end and the other 3 bedrooms at the other. Kitchen was spotless and all appliance worked great. The locations for us was perfect. Many walking trails for us and our 28 lb miniture bernie doodle. Its off a street but once work/school is over it is a very quiet neighborhood. I cannot say one thing negative about this home.

Very Dirty Property

Very nice property. Property was absolutely filthy. Cleaning rags left on counters. Dirty appliances, counter tops, floor not cleaned. Box of condoms in night stand. Used condom on kitchen counter. Dirty silverware and plates. Crackers in kitchen drawer. Local cleaning team not available. Vacasa host tried to have local team contact us with no avail. Compensated us almost half of the rental, but we spent a lot of time dealing with this issue during our stay. Owners need to know about how this impacted our stay at their property.
