A very unwell individual was two units down from ours. He seemed to be along term tenet and verbally assaulted us over our dogs using the grassy area to go to the bathroom. We almost left due to feeling unsafe. And felt we needed to park further from our unit to avoid any further interactions with this individual. The room was clean on the surface but actually had dead bugs in carpet crevices and it was clear there has not been a commitment to any deep cleaning. We skipped our showers and left as early as we could the next morning,

The person that checked me in was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room had a bit of a musty smell, which I think came from the cooling/heating unit. The amenities were basic but adequate and what would be expected at a budget hotel. Value was good.

This was a great price, so expectations were not terribly high. Still, the room was clean and comfortable. There was no coffee maker in the room or coffee in the lobby. No breakfast was provided but, again, it was a budget priced room. The property seems to be in process of renovation and our room had been done except it still needed a tiny bit of detail work done. If the price had been higher, it would have earned less stars, but I felt we received good value for our money.
