First time in Tübingen and was really impressed. The apartment is indeed in the center of it all. Great access to city centre activities and sights. The property is an older building that has quirks but was comfortable, clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. Appreciated the availability of laundry machines for nominal cost and detergent was provided. Check in and departure were convenient as well.

Within minutes of accidentally booking a room for January rather than the August date I actually wanted - I immediately contacted the Apartment to request a changing the date. It was a simple mistake and unfortunately the Expedia system would not allow me to make the change. I contacted the place several times and received absolutely no reply - not even to at least acknowledge my request. They were very happy to take my money though. I have never encountered such poor conduct anywhere else.

Das Apartment liegt super zentral. 3 Minuten Gehzeit zum Schloß und in anderer Richtung zum Rathaus. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Von dort sind es gute 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich super zentral in einem Viertel mit vielen kleinen Kneipchen und Flair durch die Studenten. Es ist super angenehm und ruhig und zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Kühlschrank, Microwelle Toaster, Kaffeemaschine - alles vorhanden. Der Automat beim Checkin ließ sich etwas schwerfällig tippen. Trotz der Sommerhitze ist es in der Unterkunft angenehm kühl. Leider wehte am heißen Sommerabend ein etwas unangenehmer Müllgeruch vom naheliegenden Restaurant herüber. Deshalb schliefen wir doch lieber mit geschlossenen Fenstern.

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit schönem Bad mitten in der Altstadt. Alles war tip top sauber. Einziges Manko ist, dass man aufgrund der Lage in Parterre nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann, da die Straße sehr belebt ist und man das Gefühl bekommt dass die Passanten neben dem Bett stehen. Nichts für Geräuschempfindliche.

Pro: - schön neu renovierte Wohnung und freundlich eingerichtet - es ist alles da, was man braucht (Kaffee, Fön, Wlan etc) - Zentrumsnah und super gelegen, wenn man die Gegend erkunden möchte Kontro: - im Erdgeschoss zur schmalen Straße hin und die Vorhänge verdecken nicht komplett die Fenster zum Schlafzimmer... - kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Und auch in der Nähe ist nur Einwohnerparken erlaubt! - Wohnung duftet zu sehr nach Duftstäbchen und co. Ich persönlich mag das überhaupt nicht.
