Sleeps up to 10 guests. 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, 2 living spaces and private office- Gorgeously renovated to include all the modern amenities while preserving the home’s historic character built in 1910. Perfect location for events anywhere downtown-BOK Center, Tulsa Arts District, Cain’s Ballroom, Tulsa Theater, and OneOk Field. Also, less than 5 miles of The Gathering Place and biking or walking distance to riverside walking trails. We take pride in hosting you, so questions are answered ASAP!
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! We will consider baby showers, bridal showers, even SMALL weddings etc. NOT for people getting together and partying at the property. Any extra guests needs to be cleared with Air bnb host. ALL pets need to be approved before booking!! DOG friendly $40 non refundable pet, per pet. Also, possible extra cleaning if needed for accidents, hair etc. NO ANIMALS ON FURNITURE! (sorry we do not accept cats) Ample off street parking! Check out instructions- Please start dishwasher before you leave. Put all used bedding sheets and pillow cases in wash and start before you leave. ( Do not wash pillow shams or comforters, we clean those separately) Note- TV`s and stoves are NOT bracketed for tipping. Absolutely NO smoking inside the home. If evidence of smoking inside charges up to $800.
During the Christmas and Thanksgiving holiday dates, require a 3 night minimum.
During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Arkansas River. A kitchen and 3 bathrooms are available in the vacation home.
