The breakfast sucked. The room was was extra raggedy. There were broken fixtures were in the area where you hang your clothes. The towels were untrustworthy.

When checking in the front desk attendant seemed inconvenienced by us even being there. The lobby and breakfast area was full of construction debris and rolled up carpet. But surprisingly, the worst part was the EXTREMELY RUDE staff in the morning! I think it was the cleaning crew and breakfast attendant that were sitting at a couple tables in the lobby. It seemed like they decided to reserve whatever food was meant for customers for themselves. There was practically nothing available to customers but as each of the staff came in they would pull something out from the cupboards but only for themselves and then join the others at the seating area. The rudest hotel staff I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Staff was courteous but the hotel was run down. The smoke sector was missing from our room, the breakfast area was closed and only holding remodeling supplies. And the outlets in the room were not in working order.

First let me say I'm assuming the hotel was being renovated, first I call for a price, he tells me 90 per night when I look it up on hotels.com it only 60, so big price difference..when we walked in lots of large rolls of carpet in the kitchen area, elevator dirty, halls had pani chips all over from the trim being removed I assume, he had no extra coffee for the room( he did offer tea).... the room was way too hot, sleep with the window opened also the floors were dirty, I found the alarm clock by following the cord, it was under the night stand. The pillows were almost solid hard, mattress was okay but hey the bathroom was clean....

The pool heater didn't work, the ice machine didn't work. The person in the room above sounded like they might fall through the ceiling. We complained about this and guess what we were rewarded with? I went to pay another day and I was told that management said they couldn't extended stay

Most of the staff were accommodating and nice. However we did have issue with 1 of the front desk clerks being rude and one janitorial employee who told me not to be lazy when I had brought my garbage down to be helpful but due to a health issue, I said I wasn't able to take the garbage all the way to the dumster. I was shocked and disgusted. Who calls a guest already doing something that is not required lazy for not taking out the garbage? Unacceptable!!

Property maybe only a 1 star. Probably need to closes and renovate. Holes in carpet. What appeared to be a blood stain on mattress in another room fsmily member was in. Hallways felt like I was getting ready to walk through a crime scene.
