There are ants everywhere even on the juice dispenser, breaksfast tables, counters and on floor where breakfast area is. I let the staff knew about ants and they said it’s not their job. The bed has old matress, pillows, blankets “very thin “.

It was absolutely, hands-down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Carpets were filthy, towels had holes and stains, paint all over carpet and elevator. Elevator door did not work properly and would get stuck. AC & fridges do not work. Entire hotel smelled like mold, dog pee & weed. Also one staff member would stand and stare you down. Breakfast was DISGUSTING!!!

Check in went quickly, staff was friendly. First room I was out in, the smoke alarm was beeping... 2nd room not all the lights worked. Hotel could definitely use some deep cleaning...the pool was ice cold in the middle of summer. We booked for the pool.

This hotel needs new carpet badly it’s soooo worn and smells. I think that they might be replacing it because the baseboards were missing in the hallways. They had recently painted. They leave the pool for open which to me is a great concern if a small child should wonder in there and drown. Breakfast was a joke nothing out for visitors. Breakfast needs little help

The condition of the room and hotel facilities was completely unacceptable: The TV, phone, and coffee maker in our room did not work. Smoke detectors beeped throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The window in our room was broken, as was a window in the stairwell, posing security and safety risks. There was visible black mold in the windowsill and mold in the shower. The bathtub did not drain properly, resulting in standing water. In the pool area, there was a hole in the ceiling, and the elevator lacked inspection certification, making it unsafe. Finally, although breakfast was advertised, none was provided. In short, the hotel was unkept, unclean, and unsafe, and did not meet even the most basic expectations of hygiene, safety, or customer service.

The Wrong Compromises

The room and common areas were either in a state of slow repair or disrepair. Wires were sticking out of the ceiling in some places. Areas that had been repaired we repaired incorrectly such that the repair didn't take. The shower surround was held up by rusty hooks. One morning the breakfast area flooded and none of the staff moved a muscle to fix it, they just put out a wet flood sign. No effort was put into the free breakfast and it was barely restocked between days. I was looking for something on a budget, but I wanted fewer amenities, not a compromise on everything else.

The parking lot was full of pot holes and garbage upon arrival. The entire property was in complete disrepair. Carpet through out was nasty and cover in paint splatter. The side entrance door was not in working/locking order. The fire detector was held on by electrical tape in the hallway. The pool area door was covered in rust. The only plus I can say was the staff was nice and friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator was scary to rot on the pool. Water was code where you couldn't swim in it and it had no heat other than that. Oh, and the breakfast was not on time other than that. It wasn't too bad.It was all right, wasn't worth the money

DO NOT STAY: BEDBUGS!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! I stayed for one night, and couldn’t get outta there fast enough!!!! The front desk staff was rude. The assistant manager was rude. I asked for a refund because there was ants and a roach in one room and a bed bug on my bed the morning after I stayed in the other room. I asked for corporates number and the assistant manager told me she didn’t have a number to give me. The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures on hotels.com. It is dirty, the rooms have a musty smell and the tub was filthy. Other guests were complaining as well. Was told no refunds by the assistant manager because we should’ve checked right back out when we seen the roach in our room. But was told by the person the night we checked in that we wouldn’t be able to get a refund if we left. NO STARS IF YOU ASK ME!!!!
