The room was mostly clean but the TV did not work. there was no ice machine working in the hallway and the indoor pool was not working with the heating system not working. The hall ways were pretty dirty and looked like they hadn't been vacumed and time soon. Breakfast area was mostly clean and in good shape. The breakfast was good.

Upon arrival we were put into a room with two of the smallest queen beds I’ve seen in my life. I have one at home at it’s much larger. We weren’t told of any room change. We go to get in the elevator to go to our room and it’s jolts us and is janky as all get out. There was a red phone cord hanging out of a box with a door on it and lo and behold there was no phone to call if help was needed. Upon getting off the elevator the hallway looks like crap and is missing trim and paint chips and mess. When I tried to call the front desk the phone was not working. So I had to go back down the janky elevator to the front desk to try and see what the hell is going to be told they were overbooked and would hope the manager would be in on Saturday to possibly offer a $10 discount. I asked to be contacted by the manager and returned to the room. Upon deciding to shower the road off we try to shut the door to the bathroom and it won’t swing shut it’s stuck to the floor because the hinge is off the door frame so yeah we can’t shut the bathroom door. So we get in the shower only to be standing in 6 inches of water that will not drain. We’ve been here less than 30 minutes at this point and our stay is already horrible. The AC in the room wouldn’t work and I was hot and uncomfortable all night long. The room was not sound proof very well and could hear everything outside all night long. We were unable to obtain ice unless going to the front desk. Pool was an ice cube and unusable for anyone

The Hotel pictures on the website is not what you get when you arrive. The bathroom were so old and bad. I dont know how any business owner would think this is adequate.

This was one of my worst experiences traveling. The building was dirty and had stains throughout. I was given a room and someone else was staying there. When I went to get another room the elevator was broken. Once I finally got a new room, the lights did not work, there was a mildew smell, and the bathroom had a rust stain in the tub. It's beeen a few days since I arrived home and I still have not received my deposit back. Awful experience with Baymount

The carpets were dirty, we had dead and alive wasps in our floor and shower, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, we pulled the blankets back and there was hair in the beds. There was empty lotion bottle and a half of a denture tablets or something behind the door. Just was not clean.
