The room appeared clean but it absolutely was NOT! I was bite by bed bugs and when I addressed it to the front desk I was dismissed. Roaches appeared in the late night hours. The air conditioning vent was disgusting! I had to have the front desk clean it. When I asked for a refund or partial credit for the bed bug bites the manager hung up on me!

Room was well kept and clean comfortable bed but the fire alarm kept flashing all night after I checked in at 1am and had to be up by 6am tried taking a shower there was no hot water. Got back from my meeting tried doing a workout session the gym equipment was broken. For breakfast there wasn’t much to pick but if I would have cream cheese and bagels I would have been happy.
