Pets MUST be disclosed and fee must be paid. If we see an undisclosed pet you will be asked to leave with no refund. Please cleanup their messes.
Smoking of ANY kind inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 additional charge to your card for odor removal.
No more than 8 people at any given time day or night. This will result in us losing our short term license. Strictly enforced.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well stocked with everything you could need–games, toiletries, kitchen supplies, high chair, pack-n-play, you name it. The neighborhood was quiet, easy to find, and close to areas like The Gathering Place and Discovery Labs, which our daughter loved. I would love to rate this place 5 stars; however, at this time the house is in need of several repairs. The living room curtain rod is missing a screw causing it to sag, several door knobs are loose, the bathroom towel rod is coming loose from the wall, one of the knobs is missing from the dresser, etc. When we arrived at the house one of the smoke detectors was beeping and we had to replace its batteries. Another smoke detector I found had been removed from the ceiling and placed in a cabinet.Most of, if not all of the items needing repair could be fixed in a single afternoon with a screwdriver and some basic handywork. I hope the owner takes the time to inspect the property and fix them.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice house on a quiet street. The backyard was large and great for our dog to run around. There was a high chair, pack and play, and step stool that made the stay easier with kids, and it was very conveniently located to so many incredible playgrounds.Two of the smoke detectors did have low batteries over our stay, but the host was responsive when we let her know about the issue.
