Elevator didn't work and was on an upper floor. Only 2 power outlets in the room worked. The lights between the beds qorked but no plugs worked. Tv would work but was preset to 100 volume and outlet loose next to it.

Blood on the bed and rips, asked for new bedding and it also had stuff on it. In the room nothing worked from the lamps to the plug, bad internet. Breakfast would run out and then take forever to get more. All around not a good stay!
