The room had bedbugs and I was told I would receive a refund after 48hrs and then never received it. Oh and they attempted to relocate me into another room and the window was entirely gone while the board filling the hole where the window was seemed to have bullet holes in it.

The room was okay but my window was boarded up with drywall and a peephole looking out into the parking lot. A LOT of homeless walking around. Very sketchy vibe. There was a fight at 2.20 a.m. that banged against my wall/ door for at least 10 minutes. Couldn't sleep all night. I had to get up early so i might have gotten 4 hours sleep, maybe. This may be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
