I wanted to mark this above average but what holds me back from doing that is the fact they still advertise a HOT TUB - when in fact- it is permanently closed- the pool is also very cold and not heated. I chose the hotel because of those 2 amenities but was disappointed. The breakfast is okay- you have your normal breakfast that is typically served, but they do have a omelette bar where you can get made to order but unless you have time to wait in line and wait for it to be made, then you don’t get to benefit from that either

Staff was polite, room was clean, nothing fancy but worked well for us! Three teenagers with us enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was delicious. Here during the snow storm, staff accommodated a late check out for us which was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious!

Our room was freezing cold. We managed to sleep through the night, but woke up early in the morning to request a new room for showering, etc. we were given a hard time by the staff for switching rooms. We eventually got a room. We were also told the wrong times for breakfast and missed it by 30 minutes.

Stayed 4 days. Aside from an excellent suite, the staff was the friendliest, helpful crew we had at a hotel in many years. Also, every evening - complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks; and a fantastic free breakfast in the morning. Definitely staying there next time we're in Tulsa.

Every single staff member was very pleasant, from front desk to food workers, extremely polite & great customer service. Only suggestion - when ordering food from the steakhouse, include plates & napkins. Would also be great if there was a small dog area outside. Thank you for a great stay!

Room was great as it always is. Staff is always pleasant. We had a problem with our heat the first two nights which they fixed. We always rent this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub had a sign that it was closed permanently (which did not say in the listing) - the pool was closed for 2 days while we were there and then when it was filled back up it was cold because it hadn’t gotten back up to temperature. My son was very upset with that.
