This peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is the ideal place to recharge. With 2 comfy living rooms, TVs in every bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room. Outside, enjoy a fully fenced backyard with a pergola, chiminea, and string lights-perfect for winding down. There’s a 2-car garage and plenty of driveway parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Just 3 miles from the Expo Center, 10 minutes to downtown, and less than a mile to shops and dining in either direction and Lafortune Park!

Bedroom 3: Day bed with pull out trundle (2 singles, bottom bed pulls out), tv, workspace, Pack N Play in closet.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine on your way out on hot with soap.
Please make sure all dog messes are cleaned up in the yard, there’s an additional cleanup fee if they are not
Please gather all your belongings, we do not hold onto anything left behind due to space and sanitary purposes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Pets MUST be disclosed and fee must be paid. If we see an undisclosed pet you will be asked to leave with no refund. Please cleanup their messes.
Smoking of ANY kind inside the house is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 additional charge to your card for odor removal.
No more than 8 people at any given time day or night. This will result in us losing our short term license. Strictly enforced.

Loved this house. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and we were very comfortable there. Really nice fenced back yard. Also super comfortable mattresses. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed 1 night for the drive chip putt competition at La Fortune Golf course. We stay in a lot of VRBOs. This one was fantastic. Great location. Super clean and updated. Great furniture decor and bedrooms. Highly recommend this property!
