The staff was great and attended to all my needs. Also did a 2-day extension for my room when it was crowded and they made it happen heads up to them. The downside 4 days in a room without heat. The building engineer I used to term loosely. Doesn't know his head from the hole in the ground. He came in set the thermostat for cooling and left stuck it on 51° when I asked for heating. The thermostat still does not go into heating only into cooling. 4 days. You would think somebody would be able to fix it.
