With the Midland Valley Trail right outside your door, enjoying Tulsa`s award-winning Gathering Place park and great trail system doesn`t get easier! Follow the trail across the street a quarter mile to the SOBO District for nearby dining/drinks. You are also a short drive/scooter ride to downtown Tulsa, the Pearl District, Cherry Street and Utica Square. This 1 BR, 1 BA unit includes a kitchen, laundry room, living and dining room and bedroom with access to the back porch. Workspace included.

This newly updated first floor unit offers a clean, modern feel. Open living/dining area just off kitchen includes leather sofa, TV, dining table and workspace. Bedroom down hallway includes queen bed and dresser with access to back porch. Closets and shelving available throughout the space.

Please park in lot behind buildings - one car per reservation. You`ll have access to the entire unit and adjoining porch.

If going further - There are usually scooters, Uber and Lyft is easily available most of the time. driving anywhere in Tulsa is pretty easy.

Since this is an apartment building, guests may hear others in a nearby unit.

We also hold strict quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Pets are welcome, but need to be approved and added to guest count! Pets are not allowed on furniture and should be crated if left alone in the unit. Excessive cleaning costs due to pet hair may be charged back to the guest.

House Rules
- Smoking is NOT permitted indoors. Please extinguish and throw all cigarette butts/cigars in the trash and not on the grounds. ( - No parties/gatherings
- Only guests included on the reservation may stay on the property unless prior approval is provided by the host.
- We love pets, but they must be approved and listed on the reservation. We are not responsible for any pets on the property. Please keep pets leashed when outdoors and clean up any pet waste.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am – please be mindful of our neighbors, especially if gathering outside during these hours.
- Please do not move any furniture/décor without permission.
- Please refrain from putting food or oils down the garbage disposal in the kitchen - use the trash cans provided.

- We try and create a hotel-like feel with our all-white linens. Should any bed or bath linens be permanently stained at the end of your visit, you will be charge according to the following fee schedule:

Bed Sheet Sets: $40 per set
Comforter: $40 each
Bath Towel Sets: $30 per set

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
