At check-in the desk staff barely spoke English, and we never got instructions on displaying our parking pass. When we left, we got a $125 parking violation ticket. Our dispute has been denied, and the hotel staff has not been helpful.

This was an excellent hotel to stay in while waiting for a flight out! Very clean and a very short walk through the parking garage to get to the terminal!
