Best Hotel Experience Ever

Me and my boyfriend came down to Tulsa to look at PA schools for myself and explore the city to see if we would want to live there someday and as soon as we got to the hotel we fell in love! We stayed on the 12th floor and had a beautiful view of the BOK building and all the other beautiful buildings downtown! It was super close to walk to other places which was super convenient. The room was very clean and the service was exceptional and the staff was so nice especially the hotel manager and the waiter at the restaurant attached to the hotel! Overall it was a great stay and me and my boyfriend are already planning our next trip to go back because of how lovely the experience was!

Well, our refrigerator didn’t work, our shower gel was empty and I don’t like the fact that if you call the hotel, the breakfast bar was subpar. There was hardly any food out and what was out was cold. I hate that if you call the hotel that they can’t connect you to a room. We drove around and around the streets looking for parking. Don’t upgrade and pay for a city view, not worth it!! The only reason why I even gave it any stars is because is because the airport shuttle driver SHELLY was the nicest and most helpful person there. She changed out our refrigerator and filled up our shower gel Andy told sue all the cool places to go see…THANK YOU SHELLY!! Give that lady a raise!!! Sadly to say I won’t be back there.

Parking

The stay itself was nice. The front desk was friendly. Breakfast was great. What was not great was the parking situation. I'm pretty sure it didn't mention anything about parking. But my group had to park in a parking garage a block and a half away. It was street parking. We didn't know that. It was not mentioned until we were looking for parking and two of us went to check in while the others circled city blocks.

Shower troubles

The shower we had was a handicap shower and it flooded the entire bathroom. Had to get towels and clean the floors. The floor needs something to deflect the water. Had to wait long periods for staff to show up when we needed anything and at checkout! Otherwise it was a great hotel.
