The property is very nice and there are some wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. But there is litter, homelessness, and sketchy characters around, and lots of noise in the area at night.

I mainly picked this hotel for the balconies, they failed to mention that the balcony doors were all sealed shut. No access. That was a bummer. The room was on, the concierge floor room needed milk but it was really convenient. I won’t stay again because of the balconies but if balconies aren’t a concern, go for it.
