Needs minor improvements

Overall I would stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a good sleection of breakfast items; waffle station, yogurt, apples/oranges, instant oatmeal, muffins, toast/bagels, eggs, sausage links coffee station,and a juice station. They even offer sugar free syrup. I will say the cleanliness in the common areas was great, but in the room it left something to be desired. I had a stained towel and stained coverlet, the shower/mirrors had some minor smudges, and you could tell they hadn't fully cleaned the bathroom cabinet/sink area in awhile, especially under it. The worst part was the condition of the ceiling in the bathroom from the moisture (it was peeling really badly). However to end on a positive note, I'm also thankful they didn't cheapen the bathroom products they provide. (They use dove products.)

The last couple of times I’ve stayed at the Broken Arrow La Quinta. The rooms had dirty towels/cloths with stains and the linen had foul odor. The breakfast had little to no food provided and nothing was replenished when the item was gone, for anyone else to have.

We like Wyndhm properties in general, especially the mattresses (#1463398408B). Always comfortable. The room had issues (#211). The wall heater had a cover that did not seal the cold air out. Huge leak and rattled! I sealed it myself, being creative with stretch wrap, tape and pillows. The refrigerator works, but was so loud that it needed to be shut off during the night. Love the location.

not a family oriented property, dirty and the night shift woman on staff was terribly rude. we checked in at 9:00pm and she made us stand and wait at the front desk while she took a personal phone call for 20 minutes with no other staff available at that time. the area is great around the hotel and seemed safe. once we were able to get checked in the rooms weren’t very clean, the drain was exposed and the drain stopper was sitting on the side of the shower, the drain was absolutely disgusting, obviously I would have never known if the drain stopper was attached. the walls were all scuffed up around the room in certain areas and the shower ceiling had what appeared to be mold or little black splotches. overall would not recommend.

The breakfast was average at best. The TV in our room was difficult to understand the controls. A connection was not connected and when connected seemed to solve the initial problem but then the controller did not change channels. After a half hour we just gave up and being tired just went to bed. They need to find a simpler way to watch TV. The controller had too many options most of which are not necessary.
