The lighting was pretty poor in the restroom in our room. Like really poor. It had one light in the center of the restroom and no lights on the wall by the mirror area. The overall stay was good and the place seemed to be ran well. We would stay there again if the need arose.

Don’t stay here, ever!!

The entire hotel smelled like cat pee, they didn’t have any extra pillows and the desk clerk said they were full so she couldn’t get any out of rooms. That was a lie because I checked online and they had open rooms. The ice machine on our floor and the one above and below were broken and she didn’t bother to tell us that so we had to go to the lobby for ice. I would not stay here again if it was free. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We always stay here but this time the elevator was broken the entire time. That was pretty terrible especially being on the 4th floor.

Was double billed and told “maybe I’ll get my money back” instead of offering a solution. Husband was told that I was “too angry and irate to understand and listen” when that wasn’t the case. I was coaching at a cheer competition where it was extremely loud and busy with 4 teams competing. Despite booking non smoking, the whole third floor smelled like cigarettes and marijuana the whole weekend. The only helpful person was Sarah. Everyone else blew us off when we raised concerns. The elevators both went out (one with my husband and son inside of it) and it left parents with wheelchair-bound children struggling to get their kids upstairs. All in all, you get what you pay for but if you can afford any other hotel in the area, skip this one.

I booked through Expedia. I accidentally picked the wrong dates. Tried to change on Expedia and they were going to charge another night and not just change it. I called the property and the staff (Sarah) was super helpful and chanhed the check in day for me. I got there and tried to check in and the staff tried everything she could to get it to work but because it was through Expedia she couldnt get it to work. I had to call and speak with Expedia! Huge pain for a simple mistake!! The Staff was great, the hotel condition was good, breakfast was.good. I would definitely stay again. I will however hesitate to book through Expedia. Lesson learned!

Room was okay and clean, however the hot tub and pool area was dirty and the hot tub was yellow in color and smelled horrible my husband was pretty sure it needed more water and there was sand all around and inside the hot tub. Also no towel, was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub after 11 hour work day.
