Hotel room was clean and comfortable. I found it a bit unusual that the room had no microwave oven or refrigerator. The smell of cigarette smoke does reach the hotel rooms from the adjacent casino.

60th birthday celebration

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The casino was entertaining. We were able just to sit and listen to live music. Only suggestion is maybe get a better filtration system for the smoke in casino. It hits you when you walk in.

The hotel was great, nice rooms, clean, nice staff. The casino restaurants were undesirable. First the Thunder grill waitress did not know anything about wines or drinks. The bartender did not know what Ranchwater was. Update your staff. Also, the smoking in the lounge is too much. I know it's in a casino but some smokers are just rude.- seem to purposely blow smoke right at people.

Unclean Room

My carpet needed to be vacuumed and there was a used water bottle at the refreshment station. I took the opened and used water bottle down to the front desk and informed them that the room had not been cleaned properly before the new guest arrived. I was informed that the room would be cleaned before I returned and another unopened bottle of water would be left. Neither happened upon my return! Disgusting!
