Welcome to our spacious and cozy condo in the heart of midtown Tulsa! This one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is located in a historic building that has been fully renovated with modern amenities. It also have a room with a pull out couch. You'll enjoy the hardwood floors, updated kitchen, washer and dryer, and fenced-in backyard and two pools in the complex. The condo is ideal for business travelers, nurses, and families with children, as it can accommodate up to four guests comfortably. Bring your furry friends along! Just a heads-up, there's a small, one-time non refundable pet fee. Let us know they're coming

Our condo is situated in a prime location, close to many attractions and conveniences. You'll be within walking distance or a short drive from:
• The University of Tulsa, a private research university with a beautiful campus and a variety of academic programs.
• The Expo Center, a large venue that hosts events such as the Tulsa State Fair, concerts, trade shows, and sports
• Cherry Street, a historic district that offers a range of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.
• Gathering Place, a stunning park that features playgrounds, trails, gardens, sports courts, and a boathouse
• Guthrie Green, an urban green space that hosts live music, movie screenings, food trucks, and fitness classes.
• Downtown Tulsa, the cultural and business hub of the city, where you can find museums, theaters, art galleries, and skyscrapers
• Hospitals, such as Hillcrest Medical Center, Saint Francis Hospital, and Oklahoma State University Medical Center, which are all within a few miles from our condo.

The Space:
This 800 sq. ft. condo is only used for Vacation Rentals. It features 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a full sized sofabed and office space. This condo is equipped with a washer and dryer and enclosed outdoor space for pets. Our kitchen has contemporary appliances, toaster oven, Keurig Machine with complementary locally roasted coffee, microwave and everything you need to feel like home. Our FLAT screen, smart TV can be used for any of your streaming channels. It also has several pools to cool off during the hot summer

Family pets are allowed at an additional cost.

Guest Access:
We use a keyless entry system. Once booked, you will receive a code for our keypad and instruction on how to use it.

The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is full of homes built in the 1920s and 1930s. Each cottage-style home is filled with charming architectural details. Homes in our neighborhood are sought after due to the proximity to downtown, the Expo center, St John’s hospital, access to highways, well-kept lawns, and low crime rates. It is a very "walkable" neighborhood and many neighbors can be seen out walking, running, walking their dogs, or visiting one another. Our condo is only blocks from Trader Joe's and Reasor's for groceries and Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree for everything else! Other Things to Note:
Our location is very convenient to all parts of Tulsa due to the proximity to highways. Downtown Tulsa and all the entertainment options are easily available (BOK Arena, Woody Guthrie Museum, Cain's Ballroom, Performing Arts Center, and the Driller's baseball field - OneOK Field) are only 7 minutes away! The University of Tulsa, Hillcrest Medical, upscale-shopping and dining at Utica Square, Cherry Street shopping and dining, and St. John's Hospital are a within blocks. The Tulsa County Fairgrounds, also a few miles away, hosts the national and international horse, car, and gun shows plus a weekly flea market. The Tulsa International Airport, Gilcrease Museum, and Philbrook Museum are less than 15 minutes away. The house is less than a mile from major crossroads in town and accessible via car, bus, or a quick Uber or Lyft ride. Drivers are usually within 4 minutes.
