Our property is a wonderful, spacious farmhouse perfect for family gatherings! It includes 4 beds, 3 baths, an office, a loft, and a bonus room. When you walk in you will notice a huge entry with double doors that open to a view of a large living room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, built-ins, and double French doors that lead to a deck. The house has an open concept including a huge country kitchen, breakfast bar, coffee bar, cabinets, granite countertops, appliances & huge walk-in pantry. You couldn't ask for more in this fantastic mid-western house!

Unfortunately, this property is not as depicted on the website. We ran into many issues during our stay. The door to the car port jammed & was difficult to open & close; flooring throughout the house was uneven & there were places where the subfloor was not solid - caving in when you walked; the steps outside the back door were detached from the house & dangerous to use; the patio was overgrown with weeds; there was trash in the yard; the coffee pot was missing the piece that the coffee filter & grounds should sit in; almost every cabinet had chipped paint; the flooring on the main level was coming up off the floor; the wallpaper on the main wall at the entry was peeling off the wall; one of the bedrooms was depicted as having nice wallpaper, but it had been peeled off leaving a gross looking wall; upstairs flooring sloped & was uneven; in the upstairs bathroom tiles were missing from the vanity, the floor in the shower was uneven & there were small cracks forming in the shower liner, and the shower was not clean; the trash bins outside hadn’t been emptied & were packed full, when we notified the host, they never followed up to make sure the trash had been picked up; each night, animals would get into the trash & it would spread across the yard; the excess trash caused lots of flies to get into the house; there were neighbor dogs that hung around the house & wouldn’t leave. I would NOT recommend this house & I’m surprised that VRBO would allow this listing.

Great Family Weekend

We had a great time at this house! There was plenty of room for our extended family of 12. We loved the open floor plan and appreciated the roomy kitchen. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery store. Just a short drive to get anything we needed or forgot. I would stay here again!

Wedding Weekend!

My daughter was getting married in the area and what an absolute perfect place this was for our stay! There was AMPLE room for all 11 of us to spread out and enjoy! Great space for meals, play, and even wedding flower prep! The property was clean and the online photos speak accurately of the property. Cameron, our host, was so amiable, communicated well, and was very quick to respond to and meet all questions and needs! Enjoyable weekend—would stay again!

When I entered the facility, it was 63 degrees inside the home reached out to the property owner. No answer. Thermostat was broken had no visual numbers unable to turn heat on in the down area. It was cold outside. Had to sit in my car from 4 PM to 610 was able to turn the heat on upstairs when arrived. The owner eventually called back and tried to help me. This home was not clean and was the biggest issue. Could been a nice stay but it started out all wrong. The property owner said he would refund me a very small amount of my monies paid but I’ve yet to see it I guess he forgot got, I was always taught your word was your bond. I have never left a review before, it could have been an a great stay BUT, I rated it as I did the property owner knows why there is the pictures to prove that the home was not up to par There were 11 of us and many areas we had to clean before it could be used, Didn’t try to make it Right,

Generous open layout for gathering

This house exceeded our needs for a family get-togehter in the Tulsa area. Excellent layout for a large group, just be sure to let the host know you'll have additional people over. The out-of-state family used the house for accommodations and the local family joined for Christmas lunch. Generous square footage and open floor plan on the main level.Terrific location for accessing Tulsa's up-and-coming neighborhoods. Easy grocery shopping or meal delivery. All the beds were nicely made and plenty of towels and washcloths. There were a few hangers in the closets but if staying here for a wedding, you might want to bring a few of your own. Long driveway that pulls through for parking cars. Appreciated the dish soap, hand soap, lotion, body wash, AND shampoo AND conditioner dispensers in the shower. Nice! Not often found in other short-stays. A good collection of pans and utensils in the kitchen.Very responsive owner. All messages returned within a day. If you have any questions about what's available, just message. Our famiy would definitely choose this property again. Very comfy way to host a mid-size family get-together. The only thing I would note for families, is there is a short series of stairs between the kitchen and family room. There is a bannister, but if you have a family member who uses a wheelchair or a walker you will want to get him or her situated on the family room level.

Absolutely amazing house

We were blown away by how beautiful the house was, and how many people it accommodated comfortably. Cameron was the best host in all the VRBO and rentals I’ve been in over the last 8 years. Truly the best overall stay I’ve been in. If you ever need a place in or near Tulsa, this is the best!!

Very clean and spacious. Close to downtown which was plus for us. Kitchen is large and roomy. To wet outside to enjoy it. Master has a fireplace. Fireplace in living room. Has a small pooltable that was fun. Lots of games. Coffee bar with bean grinder that is a plus. Ample room for parking with covered parking to access home.
