The ice maker on the 3rd and 2nd floor was broke. Had to go down the elevator to 1st floor to get ice. Halways needed vacuumed badly. Coffee and coffee maker in room but no cups to brew coffee in. Called front desk and asked for coffee cups...we never got them. Room was nice, bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.

I looked for several places to stay but this place had great reviews. I chose it only to be greeted in parking lot by some people high on drugs, okay whatever you know go inside....the check in process was easy, we get settled into our room well the air is blowing but it's not cold, we put it on 61 and it never got cool in the room. The next day we get up and go, we come back and I would like some clean towels so I can take a shower, there was no housekeeping I guess because nobody replaced towels in our room. I will remind you we only had 2 towels. I walk down stairs to get towels and the guy hands me wash- cloths and I am like oh no I need big towels to shower with but then informs they don't have any and he told me good luck sorry. I was frustrated but next morning I decide to eat breakfast in the breakfast area, it was 8:15 and they have ran out of most items and milk...like seriously milk...anyways we checked out and will not be returning. I don't recommend this place if you have children with you, it's not in safe area.

Homeless people bumming asking for food showers to be let in ask kinda if weird stuff. Be prepared to get rushed by the homeless
